Policy Overview
At OC Swim Org, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our professional instructors. To maintain a consistent and high-quality learning environment, we have established the following guidelines for individual lesson cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellation Timelines
48+ Hours Notice
Slot Returned to Package
The lesson goes back into your package — reschedule or re-book any time, no money changes hands.
24 - 48 Hours
Account Credit = ½ Lesson Price
The lesson is forfeited from your package, but you receive an account credit equal to half the per-lesson price, usable on any future package. Example: a 5x30-min package at $55/lesson earns a $27.50 credit.
Within 24 Hours
No Credit, Slot Forfeited
The lesson is forfeited from your package and no account credit is issued.
Professional Commitment
Our instructors prepare extensively for each session and reserve their time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent other students from utilizing that time slot and impact our team's schedule. This policy ensures we can continue to offer reliable, high-quality instruction.
Account Credits
24–48 hour cancellations earn a credit that auto-applies to any future package purchase at checkout.
Full-Package Refunds
A full refund of an unused package is handled manually — email us and we'll process it to your original payment method.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies occur. In the case of severe illness (with medical documentation) or other verified emergencies, our management team will review cases individually to determine eligibility for exceptions.
