At OC Swim Org, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our professional instructors. To maintain a consistent and high-quality learning environment, we have established the following guidelines for individual lesson cancellations and rescheduling.

Full Refund
Lesson can be rescheduled without penalty.
24 - 48 Hours
50% Refund
Lesson is forfeited.
Within 24 Hours
Non-Refundable
Lesson is forfeited.
Professional Commitment
Our instructors prepare extensively for each session and reserve their time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent other students from utilizing that time slot and impact our team's schedule. This policy ensures we can continue to offer reliable, high-quality instruction.

Rescheduling
Subject to instructor availability.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies occur. In the case of severe illness (with medical documentation) or other verified emergencies, our management team will review cases individually to determine eligibility for exceptions.
