Client Privacy Policy Agreement
Commitment to Safety, Privacy, and Professionalism
1Purpose
This policy exists to protect the privacy, safety, and wellbeing of our swim instructors, maintain a respectful learning environment, and set clear boundaries around communication and behaviour. For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms are defined:
- Orange Coast Swim Organization, LLC (referred to as “OC Swim Org”)
- Clients: Any parent or guardian seeking services
- Instructors: Any employee of OC Swim Org providing services
2Instructor Privacy & Conduct
Clients agree to:
- ✅ Treat all Instructors respectfully
- ✅ Follow safety instructions
- ✅ Communicate concerns calmly
Clients must not:
- ❌ Harass, threaten or abuse instructors
- ❌ Make inappropriate comments
- ❌ Interfere with lesson delivery
3Physical Contact During Lessons
Clients acknowledge and consent that swim instruction requires appropriate physical guidance. All contact is:
- Professional & technique-focused
- Necessary for safety
- Conducted with child wellbeing as priority
4Photography & Media
Clients are strictly prohibited from:
5Communication Boundaries
Clients agree not to seek personal information or contact instructors privately outside business-approved channels.
6Professional Integrity
Lesson content remains OC Swim Org property. Clients must not attempt to remove instructors from their employment or replicate training techniques.
7. Breach of Policy
Failure to comply with these terms may lead to:
