Matching Policy
Both customer and instructor must agree on the match. If declined, you'll be rematched.
Payment & Billing
Packages are charged upfront. Recurring lessons are charged 3 days before the lesson.
Tutorials
How to book a recurring lesson
- Go to 'Book Your Swim Lessons' and select 'Recurring Lessons'.
- Choose frequency and desired time slot.
- Pick an instructor or ask to be matched.
- Complete checkout.
How to switch instructors
- Open your dashboard.
- Select the lesson you want to change.
- Click 'Change Instructor'.
- Confirm the change (new instructor must accept).
