Matching Policy

Both customer and instructor must agree on the match. If declined, you'll be rematched.

Payment & Billing

Packages are charged upfront. Recurring lessons are charged 3 days before the lesson.

Tutorials

How to book a recurring lesson
  1. Go to 'Book Your Swim Lessons' and select 'Recurring Lessons'.
  2. Choose frequency and desired time slot.
  3. Pick an instructor or ask to be matched.
  4. Complete checkout.
How to switch instructors
  1. Open your dashboard.
  2. Select the lesson you want to change.
  3. Click 'Change Instructor'.
  4. Confirm the change (new instructor must accept).
